Hello, Réunion island

Hi guys,

Welcome back to my blog. This summer me and my family travelled to Réunion island which is located on the east coast of south Africa. Not many people in the UK know about this island since it is very small. However it makes a great holiday spot. Since the island is below the equator, summer in Europe here is winter. Although, it doesn't feel like winter. It usually gets as hot as 30°C, sometimes more, which doesn't always happen in the UK. My cousins who live here actually caught a cold and it was boiling outside! They were talking to us with their husky voices. It was really funny.

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, I recently sat down and watched Simon Reeve's documentary on the Mediterranean with my mum and my sister and was shocked by what I saw. The journey of the migrants crossing over Ceuta, the busiest shipping lanes injuring passing dolphins, and the amount of plastic that fishermen dig up from the bottom of the seabed is just horrendous. My trip to Réunion + all the photos I took there!

Hi guys, Welcome back to my blog. Today I am going to recall my experiences in Réunion and travel. The first flight we took was a nightmare because there was so much turbulence throughout the night that I was actually sick in the morning and I hate being sick. We still had a long drive to get to our accommodation in Réunion but we drove by the sea front which helped with my travel sickness. My favourite place to eat in Réunion has to be Le Patio because you can choose what you want to eat. So after we arrived, we went to Le Patio and I had a really nice salad with fish inside. It was delicious. The next day, we went to St Pierre to go to the beach. I love the beach of St Pierre because as well as being full of people, it still managed to keep its wild side. There are also loads of really cool, colourful fish to see. The other two beaches that I went to was L'Hermitage and L'Étang salé which were both equally as good. My dance logbook so far- Dance Saturday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, Over the past few months, I've been sharing with you guys, some of my dance diary entries for my dance logbook. I haven't completed my logbook yet but it's coming up to the summer term and we need to have it completed really soon so that we can give it to the examiners. For the first part of year 10, we completed what's known as a skills audit where we ticked boxes under columns to highlight what our strengths and weaknesses were at the start of the year. We also stuck in our first diary entry underneath that which just went into detail what we did in our first lesson. Then we did what is called our SMART targets which are goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound. I put things like I wanted to improve my leg flexibility and I wrote the exact steps that I would take to improve it and how long that is was roughly going to take. Watching England vs Italy - Lifestyle Monday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  Last Sunday, I watched the England vs Italy Euro 2020 final at the pub with my family. Although, I am by no means a football fan or an expert at football. Everytime someone even brings up the word football, I get very vivid flashbacks to those awful secondary school PE classes, where I had to play football with a bunch of boys who did not want me to be there. I think being on the sidelines of most of the games I played in the past, says a lot about my talent. 😂😂 However, this was the first time since the 1960s, that England was in a major final of a football match and actually had a chance of winning. As a result, when my mum found out on Instagram that there were two more tables left for the football match at the pub, we practically jumped at the chance of being there.
