Kind of a busy week-life update

Hi guys,

Welcome back to my blog. I didn't know this year would be so hard. Everything in terms of homework has increased in amount and difficulty. One lesson I would be set homework and in the next lesson too. I didn't have time to do a split tutorial for today but that should be coming on Sunday so do check it out. Now that I am preparing for my Gcse's, revision has increased which just adds to the mountain of homework I get.

How my dance exams went and what I'm doing in work experience next week - Dance Saturday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, Last Sunday, I had a dance exam for my ballroom and street routines. I did street first and ballroom second. For my street, I danced to 1999 by CharliXCX and Don't Call Me Up by Mabel. There were perhaps a couple sections that could have been neater but on the whole, I think that it went well. I think that I did well in ballroom too. I did forget, I think once, the lock step in the quick step but I didn't stop and I managed to complete the routine. I didn't forget anything in the jive and I think I performed the routines in both styles well on the whole. In comparison to last time, when I did samba instead of paso, I would say that it went a lot better this time!😂 Starting Monday, I'm also beginning my work experience at my old dance studio. Learning never ends - Writing Wednesday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  In 2020, on the day that my class left year 11 due to Covid-19, my biology teacher, Miss McCullagh, gave us all a green card with a thoughtful message from her written on it to wish us all the best of luck for our futures. It is a card that I still treasure to this day,  2 years later, not only because it reminds me of what a great teacher she was and what a fantastic school it was that I went to, despite its abrupt ending, but also because it has a really profound message written on it that I've perhaps grown to understand more as the years have gone by. "Learning never ends" is what my biology teacher wrote and this is a quote that couldn't be more true in life. My top 10 favourite Christmas movies 2019 - Blogmas day 5

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, I did a blog post a couple years ago like this where I went through my top 3 Christmas movies. This year, there have been so many more Christmas movies coming out that I just have to talk about them. There are also a bunch more that I like from the past that I shall be talking about today. Enjoy! My top favourite Christmas movie that has come out this year has got to be Last Christmas. I've talked about this movie previously, in my blog post called "Going to see Last Christmas + a fun day out with my mum." I shall not dwindle on it too long but I really like this movie because it isn't too cheesy and I feel like even someone who doesn't like Christmas movies that much, will still like it. It's a bit like a rom-com, in the sense that there's romance and comedy but everything is really balanced out. Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  I wanted to create a dance series that encompasses things in the dance industry that people wouldn't really talk about or see. The series is called "All about:_____," and I'm going to be explaining the new things that choreographers, dancers, and people have come up with that change the way we look at dance and in today's post, I'll be talking about Burn the Floor. Burn the Floor is a ballroom and Latin dance company, produced by Harley Medcalf, that has performed many famous live shows across the world.
