    That's a really good quote! I like quotes that make you think and that one does. I don't have one favorite- I come up with new ones all the time!

Blogmas day 2- Setting up the tree!

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, Yesterday was the first of December meaning we were going to get our Christmas tree. Our first stop was Tescos however because my sister wanted to get some chocolates for her friend's birthday. While we were there, we also bought some meat and cheese because my mum wanted to make a lasagna for dinner. We also bought a can of peas to give to the food bank. It's sad that we even have to give anything to the food bank but in our area I know that there are quite a few people who are struggling to get their basic needs so its nice to give something back. I was also glad to see that a lot of other people were giving to the food bank. After shopping, we got into the car to go to our nearest rectory  farm where they sell real Christmas trees.  When we arrived, we pulled down the back seat to allow for room for the tree.   Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, Today I'm doing something a little bit different and I'm going to be talking about the controversial reality show, Dance Moms.  If you don't know about the show Dance Moms, then it's basically a reality show all about a group of young dancers from the Abby Lee Dance Company, who attend different competitions every week in a bid to win a group dance, solo, duet, or trio. As well as Abby's competitive pyramid where each dancer has to fight to be on the top, the show's main centre-piece, the "dance moms," as well as supporting their children in dance, are also seen fighting amongst each other in nearly every episode to add a bit of drama for the audience. The show was initially aired as a documentary-style program series, based on the life of the dancers at the ALDC, but after it was premiered in July 2011, it hit a huge fan base and the show turned into a popular reality series. How my dance exams went and what I'm doing in work experience next week - Dance Saturday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, Last Sunday, I had a dance exam for my ballroom and street routines. I did street first and ballroom second. For my street, I danced to 1999 by CharliXCX and Don't Call Me Up by Mabel. There were perhaps a couple sections that could have been neater but on the whole, I think that it went well. I think that I did well in ballroom too. I did forget, I think once, the lock step in the quick step but I didn't stop and I managed to complete the routine. I didn't forget anything in the jive and I think I performed the routines in both styles well on the whole. In comparison to last time, when I did samba instead of paso, I would say that it went a lot better this time!😂 Starting Monday, I'm also beginning my work experience at my old dance studio.
