Blogmas day 6-Christmas Eve traditions

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, There's a lot of things that we do over Christmas Eve. Our biggest tradition is to have our well known friends come over. With our new extension, we can invite so many more people than before. My mum usually prepares quite a selection  of food that we can pick and choose from. This usually consists of her homemade paté, pork, and side dips. Apparently this is quite a French tradition to prepare lots of food on Christmas Eve but I just thought it was a normal thing to do! Lol. My mum got very offended when I said that. All the teenagers go to the living room to watch films whilst all the adults go to the other living area to sit and talk. We were supposed to watch Merlin last year but we had a problem with our DVD player so we watched Nativity 1 and 2 instead whilst playing some games. It was still fun! Dance diary entry: Acro, tricks, and injuries in dance - Dance Saturday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  Apologies for not posting on Wednesday. I had quite a lot of things to get done and not enough time to write so sorry for that. To be completely honest, I also don't know if I'm going to be continuing the Strictly Come Dancing 2020 reviews because my mum's not enjoying this year's show as much. I guess Strictly has made the effort to continue the Strictly atmosphere but it's still not the same vibe with its lack of audience and with all the changes that have had to be put in place so if you don't see any more reviews over the coming weeks, it's probably because we're not really watching the show, unfortunately. Blogmas day 2- Setting up the tree!

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, Yesterday was the first of December meaning we were going to get our Christmas tree. Our first stop was Tescos however because my sister wanted to get some chocolates for her friend's birthday. While we were there, we also bought some meat and cheese because my mum wanted to make a lasagna for dinner. We also bought a can of peas to give to the food bank. It's sad that we even have to give anything to the food bank but in our area I know that there are quite a few people who are struggling to get their basic needs so its nice to give something back. I was also glad to see that a lot of other people were giving to the food bank. After shopping, we got into the car to go to our nearest rectory  farm where they sell real Christmas trees.  When we arrived, we pulled down the back seat to allow for room for the tree. This is a night out for us - Lifestyle Monday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  I guess we are all kind of missing going out a bit. On Saturday evening, my mum ordered some food from La Latina Bustaurante. Before this pandemic started, me and my family used love going to the bus restaurant because it served really great food and it was a fun way to treat ourselves. Plus, the clue is kind of in the title, it's a restaurant on a bus that serves Latin American food and who doesn't like that? However, with Ms Rona taking over the world (as my sister likes to say), we've obviously had to stop going so instead we went and got a takeaway. Let's be honest, we all seem to be stuffing ourselves anyway with food because we can't get away from that toxic kitchen every time we walk past it. However, we made a conscious effort to eat a light meal at lunch so that we could really go HAM in the evening. Me, my mum, and my dad got some Tostones.
