Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, I love learning about history in school. We get to learn about the funny, stupid, and also emotional parts of the past that we haven't seen in our lifetime. The most common answer to the question, "why is learning about history important?" is simply, because it allows us to learn from our past mistakes. I personally do not understand this answer. My short story- You guys choose the title-Writing Wednesday

I can't say I particularly like babysitting. For a long time, I grew an extreme fear of children. Their spotty noses and constant need for attention makes them seem like little dependent critters,its almost horrifying! So much so, when I see a child, I scarce realise how I could have been so small. But, if I don't babysit, there's no money which as I'm sure we all know, is exactly what a teenager wants and needs in their life. So I babysit. I watch Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom on repeat or even Pepper Pig. I make the food, clean the bits of spit off the table, take a whole entire our to put two crying twins to bed and by the end of it, I get 20 pounds! Amazing. Not. Cooking on Saturdays - Lifestyle Monday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  Recently, me and my sister have begun to start cooking on Saturdays. Now, if you don't already know me, I should probably tell you that my mum is a pretty great cook. The main reason why my family rarely has takeaways is because my mum cooks almost everyday and to her credit, that's really amazing because she also runs her own cooking and baking business on top of that. This is why when a lot of parents say that they don't have the time to cook on most nights for their children, I don't really believe them because if my mum can do it, I can't really see why anyone else can't. Not that I don't love the odd takeaway dinner from time to time because, especially during the first big lockdown over the summer, me and my family definitely took advantage of all the great food that was on offer in order to celebrate my birthday, as well as mine and my sister's results on GCSE and A-level results day. Back to School Haul 2019 - Lifestyle Monday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, It's September, and school is fast approaching, which meant that I needed to get some more stationary. Especially entering my final year, I needed to get a lot of things for revision and in preparation for my mocks and final exams. All the items I bought I got from Wilko so it's all at a really affordable price. If you want to get these things, I'll leave all the links to them below for you to buy. Enjoy! The first thing I bought was an A4 gray display book which has loads of clear plastic wallets in them for me to put my notes in. I make loads of notes, especially for science a maths, so I think I'll find this really useful for my revision process and it was only £1.75. I also got two packs of ten black ballpoint pens. These pens tend to run out quickly so I wanted make sure that I had plenty in stock. I also needed to have something to accommodate for the amount of notes I make also. These were only £0.25 ea...
