Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, A couple weeks ago, I watched a documentary by Louis Theroux which was about trophy hunting in Africa. Louis Theroux is renowned for making documentaries on controversial topics. He is excellent at filming these documentaries without imposing too much of his own opinion on the subject. If you have time to watch this, I really recommend you do because some of the things I saw were shocking and I was stunned that people were not ashamed by their actions. Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  You're probably reading the title of this post and are wondering what it is that I'm going to talk about today? Well, believe it or not, being your authentic and original self in dance is really important. What I mean by this is that it's sometimes important not to commercialise your movements and just to go where your body wants to go instead and express the emotion in the dance that you want to express. I for one am guilty of trying to add a difficult leap or a fan kick or a flip in my dance when in actual fact, sometimes a routine doesn't have to have that many layers in order to be great. Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, Today I am going to be showing you a stretching routine that you can do in your room quickly after homework. This routine should take approximately 10  minutes and if you do it regularly, you should be keeping up your flexibility. As well as showing you guys some stretches, I am also going to be sharing with you some health benefits by doing dance. Hope you enjoy! For this stretching session, I used the Capezio slip on jazz shoes but you can do it with socks on or barefoot. Dance can improve your mental health by putting a boost on your overall happiness. Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, I have had a lot of friends in the past. I would probably say that since the beginning of school, in reception, till now, none of them have stayed. That's okay. I have made new friends. Those friends from the past have chosen different paths to me. Some paths I would disagree with but we have to accept that we are all different people with different aspirations in life. Within my current friendship group, there have been arguments and ups and downs but we also have to accept that that is part of any friendship.
