Here is what our Christmas tree looked like with all the presents.


Huge thanks to everyone who got me these presents. I know not many people have as many presents as I do on Christmas which is why I would like to give a huge shoutout to Nora; I hope you liked our presents and had the best Christmas ever.

What I packed to Cromer!

Hello everybody and welcome to another blog post, I recently went to Cromer, Norfolk with my family just to chill and relax before big upcoming tests. I had a lot of fun there. The place we were staying had a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a pool and a steam room all for a very good price (I will leave the location of the place on the side) but more about this on my 3 day journeys. Here is what I packed. Enjoy! The first thing that I packed was a long sleeved top with cut outs on the shoulders with the word beauty at the front. This is probably from Primark. To pair with that, I got these blue high-waisted jeans also from Primark. I also got this grey lace up on the sides top. This was from Topshop. Controlling monarchy and powerful dictatorships, is there really a difference? - Writing Wednesday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, Apart from revising for the mock exams, in history we've also been learning the first part to our new course, Power, Monarchy, and Democracy. We're currently learning about Medieval history from Aethelred the Unready, as an Anglo-Saxon king, to arrogant kings like King John, who signed the Magna Carta. At first, I thought that there was a massive comparison between what we were learning about as part of our year 10 course on Nazi Germany and now but I realise that that was simply not the case. We seem to talk a lot about monarchy being one thing and dictatorship being another when in reality, there isn't really much difference between Hitler and Stalin who were two powerful dictators, and King Richard II, who believed he was divinely chosen by God to be king. Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  Recently, I've been watching a lot of Russel Brand's content on YouTube because rather surprisingly, he uploads videos giving some pretty sound life advice which I have been genuinely trying my best to follow as much as possible. I say surprising because before discovering his YouTube channel, with all due respect I never knew Russel beyond the actor that he once was, but upon discovering his channel, I have come to realise that Russel is not just an authentic and relatable human being, he is also an individual who perhaps has the intellect of some of the greatest philosophers to have ever lived. So I follow his advice very dearly. And one of the topics that Russel often talks about is living in the present moment.
