Is starting dance late difficult?

Hello everybody and welcome back to my blog,

Is starting dance late difficult? Should I start dance now? Are questions a lot of teens and adults often ask. Well last year, around the end of September, I started ballroom dance. I always wanted to learn how to dance the waltz or the cha cha but I was also concerned at the same time about my age. I was not placed with the older ones and although I was thirteen, I was placed with people 3 years or younger than me. However, I did not let this defeat me and now in September 2018, I will be joining the seniors. So, yes starting dance late can be difficult and you have to put a lot of work and effort into it. I made sure I was practicing regularly and turning up to lessons most of the time. And yes, quite often you do feel humiliated because your older than everyone else in your group. But if you put in the effort, then you will improve and succeed like me. So don't think it's too late to start because it isn't.

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, On Saturday, as you may have seen on my Instagram, I went into Cambridge with my sister to go to Creams and to buy something for my mum for Mother's Day. Last year, we didn't do anything special because we don't really care that much about Mother's Day but I did help out my mum doing a few things. This year however, me, my sister, and my dad decided to step it up a bit and we decided to get her a present. Before we did that though, we went into town to go to Creams at Cambridge Leisure Centre. Going out for the first time in 2 months - Lifestyle Monday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, A week ago on Sunday, it was announced that the lockdown in the UK would at least be somewhat lifted. I was quite happy about that because although I seemed to be surviving well just walking by the field that's behind our house, the effects of cabin fever seemed to be catching up on me as well. On Tuesday, me, my sister, and my mum actually took a proper walk around our village. Although I've been doing some walks in the fields, I haven't actually taken a casual stroll on the streets of my village in the 2 months of lockdown because my parents advised that it was best to stay clear of as many people as possible. So when I actually took the time to walk around my village, even that seemed to bring back some sense of freedom. Testing Lush's Brightside bubble bar- Lifestyle Monday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, As I'm sure many of you know because I've been talking about it a lot, I went to Oxford Street in London with my sister and whilst we were there, one of the very first places we went to was Lush. I think that this place is talked about to much not to go so we went. As I've mentioned in my Oxford Street blog post, it was so much better than the Lush I normally go to at home in Cambridge. There were tonnes of demonstrators showing all the amazing soaps and there were so many different parts and levels to the overall store, it was awesome! The best movie speech ever delivered - Writing Wednesday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  Whilst I was on holiday in the Isle of Wight, I watched a film with my family called Scent of a Woman. It was about a student called Charlie, who ends up working for this old war veteran to earn some money. However, this old war veteran is blind and quite a handful so when he decides to spontaneously go to New York whilst his daughter and her family are away, the student Charlie is forced to go with him. They get up to all sorts and have quite the adventure whilst they are away:they eat at a fancy restaurant, dance the tango with a random woman, and drive a ferrari around the streets of New York!  SceneScreen However, the young Charlie finds himself in a bit of a friendship predicament by the end of the trip.
