Back to School Haul 2019 - Lifestyle Monday

 It's September, and school is fast approaching, which meant that I needed to get some more stationary. Especially entering my final year, I needed to get a lot of things for revision and in preparation for my mocks and final exams. All the items I bought I got from Wilko so it's all at a really affordable price. If you want to get these things, I'll leave all the links to them below for you to buy. Enjoy!

  • The first thing I bought was an A4 gray display book which has loads of clear plastic wallets in them for me to put my notes in. I make loads of notes, especially for science a maths, so I think I'll find this really useful for my revision process and it was only £1.75.
  • I also got two packs of ten black ballpoint pens. These pens tend to run out quickly so I wanted make sure that I had plenty in stock. I also needed to have something to accommodate for the amount of notes I make also. These were only £0.25 each. 
  • I also got a pack of 4 slim highlighter in yellow,green,blue, and pink. I don't tend to highlight things too much because I end up highlighting too much and it ends up not being helpful. However I got a few for £0.50 just to highlight things for school.
  • Next I got a pack of ten wooden pencils with rubbers on the ends of them. I think that these are really good for drawing diagrams and shapes in maths and they were only £0.50, which was really good value for money.
  • I also got a clear pencil case for exams and mocks. During exams, you need these because they want to make sure that you don't cheat. It's also quite big so I can fit a lot of stationery in it. It was £0.50.
  • Lastly, I got a maths set in a plastic case. This includes a ruler, set square, protractor, pencil, compass, and sharpener so it's really good for maths and science. This was only £2.00.

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, As I'm sure many of you know because I've been talking about it a lot, I went to Oxford Street in London with my sister and whilst we were there, one of the very first places we went to was Lush. How to use your face more in dance- Dance Saturday

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post,  Dance is an excellent art form for expressing yourself and your emotions. These expressions not only occur in the body, but also in the face. Over the 7 years that I've been dancing, I've seen many different types of dancers. Those who dance well in the body and use their face to exaggerate the movements. Those who perhaps forget the steps that they're doing in the dance but are not afraid to use their face. Then lastly, like me for a long time, those who dance well in the body but forget to use their face. The last one is certainly not uncommon. Especially as teenagers, we may find it awkward to do a sassy or funny face because we think that others may find it weird. However, by using our faces not only does it express every emotion in every movement, but it also makes you look confident and stand out to the crowd. Blogmas day 15- The end is near!

Hello everybody and welcome back to another blog post, The end of school is fast approaching. By the time you read this, it would be my last day of the term. I will only have four fifty minute lessons consisting of English, Biology, Maths and a celebrations assembly. Joy! I may have to stand up in front of the entire year just to receive a certificate for attendance. Haha.  Not only is it the end of the year but it is also the end of the school production 1918 which I wrote about in my previous post. I did a suffragette piece. This time, my parents came to watch. I thought they were only going to watch the part I was in but they ended up watching the entire play. They really enjoyed it and there were lots of positive comments about the routine. I didn't really enjoy the play and I thought we made a few mistakes on the routine but I was glad about the positive and nice comments on it. I am also glad that it's over and I get to rest. Haha. Hiplet-is it really a dance genre that does not discriminate?
